This was a question posed to the congregation at St Patricks church by Sam last month: “when is the time in your life, where you have most seen God at work?” He went on to share his first profound encounter with God in his family and goes on to remind us that just by our dependence on God, allows Him to use us to change the lives of others. The spirit works through us to reach those He wants to connect with, to help bring about change and show love. No matter how lonely, broken or overlooked we feel, because that’s exactly who he uses most.

Prayer for the weary…

Lord, thank you for your patience as we learn to walk in your footsteps. Give us the courage to be bold and the wisdom to rest in and rely on you. I know that you will take care of all of our needs. We choose to rest today as an offering of worship, trusting that you are always in control. Thank you for taking care of us today and everyday.
